3. Formele scope van de certificering 

“The scope of the certification is the Information Security Management System (ISMS) supporting the delivery and operation of the Permento Platform, TeamPuls, and Aigento platforms. The functional areas supporting the ISMS include Information Security and IT Management, Software Development, Operations and Project Delivery, and Human Resources and Personnel Management.”

4. Toelichting op de scope

Dit betekent dat Permento BV beschikt over een ISO/IEC 27001-gecertificeerd ISMS dat de informatiebeveiliging ondersteunt van:

• de ontwikkeling, levering en exploitatie van de SaaS-platformen Permento, TeamPuls en Aigento;

• de bijbehorende interne processen en organisatieonderdelen, waaronder:

  • Information Security en IT Management;

  • Software Development;

  • Operations en Project Delivery;

  • Human Resources en Personeelsmanagement.

Deze scope sluit aan op het formele Scope of the ISMS-document van Permento BV en weerspiegelt de cloud-first, SaaS-georiënteerde aard van onze dienstverlening, uitgevoerd vanuit onze kantoorlocatie in Dordrecht en remote werkplekken van medewerkers.

5. Wat valt binnen en buiten scope

Binnen scope van de certificering:

• Het ISMS van Permento BV;

• Ondersteuning van de Permento-, TeamPuls- en Aigento-platformen;

• Interne processen, systemen en medewerkers die onderdeel zijn van het ISMS;

• Samenwerking met geselecteerde externe leveranciers binnen contractuele afspraken.

Buiten scope van de certificering:

• Klantspecifieke omgevingen of interne systemen van klanten;

• Diensten of processen van derden buiten contractuele afspraken;

• Certificering of labeling van afzonderlijke producten, diensten, AI-modellen of functionaliteiten.

6. Gecertificeerd Managementsysteem

De certificering bevestigt dat Permento BV haar informatiebeveiliging organiseert en beheerst via een gecertificeerd managementsysteem, maar vormt geen garantie of certificering van specifieke software, diensten of klantimplementaties.

7. Transparantie en verificatie

Op verzoek kunnen wij aanvullende documentatie delen, zoals ons ISO/IEC 27001-certificaat of de Statement of Applicability (SoA), onder passende vertrouwelijkheidsafspraken.

This means that Permento BV operates an ISO/IEC 27001-certified ISMS that supports information security for:

• the development, delivery, and operation of the Permento, TeamPuls, and Aigento SaaS platforms;

• the associated internal processes and organizational functions, including:

  • Information Security and IT Management;

  • Software Development;

  • Operations and Project Delivery;

  • Human Resources and Personnel Management.

This scope aligns with Permento BV’s formal ISMS Scope document and reflects our cloud-first, SaaS-based operations, conducted from our office location in Dordrecht and remote working environments.

5. In-scope and out-of-scope clarification

Within the scope of certification:

• Permento BV’s ISMS;

• Support of the Permento, TeamPuls, and Aigento platforms;

• Internal processes, systems, and personnel covered by the ISMS;

• Collaboration with selected third-party suppliers under contractual agreements.

Outside the scope of certification:

• Customer-specific environments or internal customer systems;

• Third-party services or processes outside contractual arrangements;

• Certification or labeling of individual products, services, AI models, or functionalities.

6. Certified Management System

Our ISO/IEC 27001 certification does not authorize the labeling or certification of individual products or services.
The certification confirms that Permento BV manages information security through a certified management system and does not constitute a guarantee or certification of specific software, services, or customer implementations.

7. Transparency and verification

Upon request, we can provide additional documentation, such as our ISO/IEC 27001 certificate or Statement of Applicability (SoA), subject to appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
