Depending on the nature of the services provided, Permento may act as either:

a Controller; or

Where Permento processes personal data on behalf of its customers, it does so solely in accordance with the instructions of the relevant customer and, where required, pursuant to a Data Processing Agreement.

 

12. References and Customer List

  • Where an organization subscribes to or uses Permento's services, Permento may display the organization's name on its website, for example as a customer reference or as part of a customer list. Permento will only display the name of the organization and will not publish personal data without additional consent.

  • If an organization objects to such publication, it may contact us via: security@permento.nl. Permento will process such requests within a reasonable period.

  • Any additional customer reference materials or testimonials will only be used with the prior consent of the relevant organization.
